How to Create an In-House Ticket
STEP 1: Click on 'Tickets' in the Navigation panel and under 'Tickets', select 'In-House Tickets'.
STEP 2: This action will redirect you to the 'In-House Ticket' module. Click on the Plus ‘+’ sign at the top of the page.
STEP 3: Upon clicking 'Plus + sign’, you will be navigated to an 'In-House Ticket creation module, whereby, you are to fill in all the details and click on 'Create Ticket' at the bottom of the page.
