How to Create a Call Card
STEP 1: There are two ways to navigate to the 'Call Card Module':
- OPTION 1: Once you create an 'On-Site' ticket, a 'Call Card' is automatically generated.
- OPTION 2: Under 'Tickets', select 'Call Card'.
Step 2: Under 'Call Cards' click on the Plus ‘+’ sign.
STEP 3: Upon clicking 'Plus + sign’, you will be navigated to a 'Call Card module', whereby, you are to fill in all the details and click on ' Create Call Card' at the bottom of the page.
STEP 4: Once you are done with your task. click on the 'Edit button ' on the call card, update all the necessary details, and click on 'Update' at the bottom of the page.
