How to Create a Service Ticket
STEP 1: There are two ways to navigate to the 'Service Ticket Module':
- OPTION 1: From the navigation panel under 'Services' click on 'Service schedules. This action will redirect you to the 'Service schedule' module, whereby from there click on 'New' at the top of the page.
- OPTION 2: From the navigation panel under 'Services' click on 'Service Tickets. This action will redirect you to the 'Service Tickets' module, whereby from there click on 'Plus ‘+’ sign' at the top of the page.
STEP 2: This will in turn redirect you to the 'Service Ticket' module, whereby you are to fill in the necessary details and click on 'Create New' at the bottom of the page.
A message will then appear to notify you that the 'Service Ticket' was created successfully.
