How to Edit a Service Ticket
STEP 1: From the navigation panel under 'Services' click on 'Service Tickets. This action will redirect you to the 'Service Tickets' module, whereby you identify the 'Service Ticket' you would like to make changes to and click on the 'Edit Schedule Button '.
STEP 2: This action will redirect you to the 'Service Ticket' module, make the necessary changes, and click on 'Update' at the bottom of the page.
