How to Delete a Service Ticket
STEP 1: From the navigation panel under 'Services' click on 'Service Tickets. This action will redirect you to the 'Service Tickets' module, whereby you identify the 'Service Ticket' you would like to delete and click on the 'Delete Button 
'.
A message will then appear to confirm your deletion.
