How to Generate a Pro-Forma Invoice
STEP 1: There are two ways to navigate to the 'Pro-Forma Invoice module':
- OPTION 1: From the navigation panel click on 'Pro-Forma Invoice'.
- OPTION 2: Open the quote that you would like to convert into a 'Pro-Forma Invoice' and at the bottom, and click on 'Convert to Invoice'.
STEP 2: This action will redirect you to the 'Pro-Forma Invoice' module. From there, fill in all the necessary details and click on 'Create Invoice'.
A message will then appear to confirm your successful conversion.
