STEP 1: On the navigation bar click on ‘Pricelists’.

Step 2: Under 'Pricelists', select 'Upload'.

Step 3: Under 'Upload', select 'Pricelist'.

Step 4: This will redirect you to the 'Pricelist Module', fill in all the details, select the excel sheet you would like to upload, and click on 'Upload' at the bottom of the page.

A confirmation message will then appear.

Important to note:

When utilizing the "Pricelist" feature, the system automatically captures the Equipment category and type from the uploaded Excel document. This streamlined process allows you to upload a single document, and the system will autonomously sort the products.

On the other hand, with "Pricelist Old," you are required to manually specify the category and type for each item. This necessitates a category-by-category upload approach, where you input the details for each product individually.

In summary, the "Pricelist" feature offers an automated and efficient method, automatically extracting and sorting information from the uploaded document, while "Pricelist Old" requires manual specification of category and type, resulting in a more segmented, category-focused upload process.
