How to Create a Requisition
STEP 1: There are two ways to navigate to the 'Requisition module':
- OPTION 1: From the navigation panel click on 'Requisition'.
- OPTION 2: Open the ticket that you would like to requisition and at the top click on 'Requisition'.
STEP 2: Once you click on 'Create Requisition', you will be redirected to the 'Requisition Module'. From here, fill in all the necessary details of the item you would like to procure, for instance:
- Select the ticket number of the client you would like to make a requisition for.
- Undr the drop-down list, specify the category, and, then from the category, choose the specific product.
- Specify the quantity of the item and then choose the specific technician that will collect the item.
- In case you have any additional remarks, you can give a detailed description.
- Once done, click 'Submit'
A message will then appear to notify you that the requisition was successful.
