STEP 1: On the navigation bar click on ‘Subscription Module'.



Step 2: This will redirect you to the 'Subscription Module', where by you then click on 'New Subscription' as shown below.

Step 3: Fill in the necessary details of the ticket and click on 'Save'. See below for reference:
